Total HR Services was founded in 1998 by Samantha Trimble, who has 32 years of HR experience in a variety of businesses and industries.

Samantha has strong HR/IR knowledge and is commercially and outcome focused, adaptable and self motivated.

Her experience ranges from large to small, from corporate to mum and dad businesses, and includes a whole range of industries including logistics, warehousing, retail, services, sport and manufacturing. 

 

Her extensive skills include setting up the HR function including compliance, protocols and processes for start-ups, and working with unions and negotiating EBA’s. 

She has vast experience in strategic HR including organisational design, change management and setting up HR systems so that strategic plans can be achieved.

 

She is comfortable with and used to working with CEO’s, directors and boards as a virtual member of the management team.
